Echotopia LLC's owner/operator Diane Wittner has a background in holistic education, arts & creative thinking. Starting with a 2012 class at Maryland Women's Business Center, she invented beneficial cleaners, using her herbs. In 2015, she launched Echotopia LLC, the state's original refill station & biodiversity-building business. Designed to uplift Baltimore's sustainable, local, in-person economy, Echotopia was Baltimore's first-ever zero waste business.

Diane is a train traveler, bird nerd, a music & movement person. She marvels at her ever-evolving, small pollinator garden & small mammal sanctuary. Diane seeks to glitter in reply to the watery places she and her family call home: the entire Chesapeake Bay region and New York City's Rockaway and Brighton Beaches.
